You must make us aware of any project deadlines at the point of inquiry and/or sale to ensure we are able to fulfill.
Any vehicle restrictions (weight, width, size, congestion zones etc) should be highlighted at the point of sale.
Please provide a safe place for your goods to be left. We may not require the delivery to be signed for.
We do not guarentee delivery days, however we try to adhere to this schedule wherever possible.
Our drivers deliver on a one-man service, kerbside, and do not offer a tracking or pre-call service.
You will be notified by email when your order is out for delivery with your estimated delivery date.
Please provide both landline and mobile telephone contact numbers for all deliveries.
Public bank holidays will alter this schedule, please contact our team prior to ordering.
Most of our daily runs are delivered on 3.5t vehicle which can carry approximately 1 tonne at a time. Where it is not possible to deliver all orders purchased before the order deadline, the delivery will automatically rollover onto our next delivery day in your postal region.
The 18t weekly route vehicles leave base early Monday morning and return on Friday evening. We can provide you with your drop number once the manifest has been finalised and distributed. We do not provide guarenteed delivery days, times or slots, the information we provide is an estimation.
