EZ GLAZE™ 60
EZ GLAZE™ is a premium glass-look profiled polycarbonate panel, created for rafters with widths of 60mm or less. Built to combine sophistication and durability, it's over 200 times stronger than glass, making it a resilient and low maintenance choice.
EZ GLAZE™ installs effortlessly over a rafter system, with no need for purlins, and easily secures with screws into an existing structure. It is essential that rafters are 600mm apart (center to center) and perfectly perpendicular to beams or walls. With a minimum slope of 5% (50mm rise per meter), proper water runoff is guaranteed.

Information
EZ Glaze 60 is designed for rafters that are 60mm or less in width.
We do not offer a cutting service for this material, the sheets are supplied in standard sizes only.
For reliable water drainage, drill 10mm holes every 500mm along the outer corrugation, positioning the first and last holes 30mm-50mm from the rafter’s edges.
