COLLECTIONS POLICY

 

1. OVERVIEW
1.1. Purpose: These terms outline our policies regarding customer and courier collections.
1.2. Importance: Please carefully review these terms to understand our collection policy and other significant notices.

2. PLACING ORDERS ONLINE
2.1. When placing an order online, customers can choose either collection (free of charge) or delivery (with a delivery fee).
2.2. If you choose to collect, we may email you to confirm whether you are collecting from our warehouse at NG34 9JD, or to verify if collection was selected by mistake.

3. PLACING ORDERS THROUGH OUR TEAM
3.1. When ordering directly through our team, you will be asked if you prefer delivery or collection. The choice is entirely up to you.
3.2. For quicker processing times, we recommend opting for collection.

4. LEAD TIME FOR COLLECTIONS
4.1. Our standard processing time for collection orders is 72 hours, available Monday – Friday.
4.2. We do not operate on weekends, so any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
4.3. In the event of stock shortages, we will notify you as soon as the items are available for collection.

5. COLLECTION PROCESS
5.1. Upon receiving your order, we will:
5.1.1. Confirm via email if you are collecting from our warehouse.
5.1.2. Begin processing the order at our warehouse.
5.1.3. Confirm the earliest available collection slot via email.
5.1.4. Notify you once the order is ready for collection.
5.2. You may collect your order from the warehouse once you receive confirmation.

6. COLLECTION NOTIFICATION
6.1. We will confirm your collection date and time via email.
6.2. Please arrange to collect your order no later than one week after the specified collection date.

7. COLLECTION OPTIONS
7.1. You have two collection options:
7.1.1. Self-Collection from our warehouse.
7.1.2. Courier Collection, arranged by you.

8. WAREHOUSE ADDRESS
8.1. Collections are made from the following address: Unit 5, Boston Rd, Heckington, Sleaford, NG34 9JD.

9. COLLECTION PROCEDURE
9.1. Upon arrival, present your order confirmation or invoice and provide your order number to our warehouse team.
9.2. Goods will not be released without viewing the order confirmation or invoice.

10. COURIER COLLECTIONS
10.1. If a courier is collecting on your behalf, please provide any labels or additional instructions at least 24 hours prior to the collection date. We cannot guarantee that instructions provided after this time will be adhered to, and we are not responsible for any issues resulting from this.
10.2. Couriers must present the order confirmation and order number when collecting.
10.3. We are not liable for failed or delayed collections by third-party couriers that you arrange. It is your responsibility to ensure the courier collects during the warehouses business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).

11. INSURANCE
11.1. We recommend that you ensure your courier service includes adequate insurance for the value of the goods.
11.2. Once the goods leave our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss or damage.

12. COLLECTION TIMES
12.1. Standard collection hours are between 11am and 4pm.
12.2. Please do not attempt to collect your order before your confirmed date and time, as the order may not be ready.

13. DISCLAIMER
13.1. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon collection. Once the goods have left our premises, we are not liable for any damages, discrepancies, or mistakes.

14. PACKAGING AND PROTECTION
14.1. We take care to securely package your order before collection. However, if your courier requires any additional packaging or protection measures, please communicate this in advance.

15. STOCK AND AVAILABILITY ISSUES
15.1. If there are stock or availability issues, we will inform you via email. You will have the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

16. NON-COMPLIANCE
16.1. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in:
16.1.1. Delays in processing or collection.
16.1.2. Cancellation of the order without reimbursement.
16.1.3. Additional fees.
