- We will always endeavour to keep to your measurements however, there is a cutting tolerance of +/- 5mm when cutting.

FAQs
How Do You Cut 10mm Polycarbonate Sheets?
When cutting polycarbonate, we recommend using a fine-toothed jigsaw. Secure the sheet on a worktable, ideally using clamps or similar, mark your cutting line and carefully cut. Do not remove the cover film before cutting.
How Do You Join 10mm Polycarbonate Sheets?
Polycarbonate sheets should not overlap. Use a glazing bar and end caps to join sheets together; they will simply slot into place.
How Strong is 10mm Polycarbonate?
Standard 10mm polycarbonate is over 200 times stronger than glass and 30 times stronger than plastic alternatives such as acrylic sheeting.
